When to order!!

1. Order at least 3-4 weeks in advance for all orders.

- we are a custom shop and as we grow this time to complete orders is needed

2. What date should I give for my item?

-If your date is the 20th of the month. The date you need to give is the 10th of the month for date needed. ALWAYS give 10 days prior for the date needed to your event. We do not want you to put the date of the event at all! That does not mean order 10 days before! Please read carefully.

3. Updates?

- Unless we have a question on the order there is no step by step updates on orders or I would never get any orders out. If directions are followed for the date there should not be any issues with delivery. We send tracking the night before shipping the next day. You will be able to track it the following evening.
